Roles & Responsibilities

As UNDO’s People lead, you will be the go-to for employees, managers and teams for anything HR related. You will ensure HR activities align with UNDO’s culture and values. In this role, you will manage recruitment, handle employee relations, maintain company policies and procedures, and ensure individuals are fully supported and resourced to deliver in their roles, notably your responsibilities will be:

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment across global teams, overseeing wellness, health and safety and adherence to relevant legislation.

* Oversee employee benefits and compensation plans, strategically managing offerings to remain competitive and support talent attraction and retention, including regular market analysis.

* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with hiring teams to ensure appropriate resourcing, define roles, and secure high-quality candidates efficiently.

* Manage employee relations, acting as the primary contact for all related matters, resolving workplace issues and conflicts to foster a positive, communicative, and supportive environment.

* Lead performance management initiatives, supporting managers in addressing performance issues, providing feedback, and coaching, and implementing strategies to boost workforce performance and development.

* Champion and lead employee wellness and engagement, creating and promoting initiatives that support employee well-being, satisfaction, and productivity.

* Coordinate training and development programs that meet organisational goals and employee career aspirations, identifying needs and organising relevant programs for employees and managers.

*Ensure data integrity in People systems, leading efforts to maintain accurate and secure data in HR information systems and employee files, overseeing processes for data integrity and compliance.

* Creation and regular review of HR processes, forms, templates, and documentation to reflect current practices and compliance requirements, ensuring resources are accessible and user-friendly.

* Administer the employee life cycle, managing all aspects from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager seeking a standalone role to support a growing team. The ideal candidate demonstrates success in managing HR generalist functions in startup organisations, is well aligned to UNDO’s values and passionate about what we do as a business.

Essential:

* You are passionate about our mission, objectives and goals as a company

* You have experience with managing global teams via an employer of record

* You are an expert on employee relations and up to date with the latest employment legislation

* You have managed HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements

* You know the ins and outs of of talent recruitment processes and employee benefits schemes

* You have a good grasp on startup compensation, including employee options programmes

* You are qualified CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
